1. Not nearly enough fresh vegetables and fruits.

2. Huge over-consumption of meat, poultry and other animal foods like  eggs and dairy products.

3. Big over-consumption of protein in general.

4. Consumption of foods containing hydrogenated oil/fats or trans fats.

5. Skipping too many meals.

6. Eating too much refined sugar—it is in almost every
    prepared, packaged food.

7. Unbalanced diets—far too many processed-food and fast-
    food carbohydrates.
